Two specs based on personally experience.

Spec

Spec #1: I work at a LGS in a major US city. I have had alot of people ask or talk to me about [[Xyris, the Writhing Storm]]. Copies are very hard to find local for me which usually means its about to climb and a prime candidate for reprint on bonus sheet. Here's where card kingdom has year of the snake copies at $29.99. Market for the same copy on TCG player or any other marketplace is $50. Is this good pump and dump? No, this is a good spec for collectors who may want to play it in the future before it spikes to large numbers.

Spec #2: [[Ember Island Production]] I really like card in this design space. Cards that allow you to copy your commander and not worry about the legend rule is few and far between. One main candidate for this is [[Irenicus's Vile Duplication]], which has a $7-$8 price tag. Ember island production cost one more blue pipe and gives you the powerful ability to copy your opponents legendaries and make them now legendary. I think it is criminally under valued right now basically being bulk from a widely opened set.
