Fairbanks Alaska

I’m going to Fairbanks with my boyfriend in May. What are some recommendations for things to check out or food to try? I’ve already read some not great reviews on here for Chena Hot Springs so hesitant to want to go there now. We’ll be there for a week and I’ve really only had Denali NP on the list so far. I’ve seen tours for the Arctic Circle but not sure that it’s worth it as most of it is driving with about 30 minutes at the actual place for photos. We’re open to anything!
