How to get rid of neck fat because I'm so insecure

So I am have been on T for 47 weeks and 3 days. For some reason I still can't get rid of my neck fat. Even though I am 84 kilos on a scale. I fit in medium sized pants. I fit in a 32 size pants. My legs and arms have been skinnier I am eating less. My neck fat won't go away and yes pre t I used to be overweight and now I'm not. I got a haircut today that shows my side profile and I love it but my neck is killing the vibe. I can't look at my face because I'm so insecure. How do I get rid of my neck fat. I am on March 24th of 2026 a year on testosterone. Idk what to do😭 helpp
