Considering getting off of 300mg Wellbutrin after 8 years

I am a 32 year old female who has been taking 2 150mg per day (300mg total) Wellbutrin for 8 years, and I originally got on it after getting ACL surgery. I’m very active, so I felt depressed having to stay home, be in pain, and do PT to recover. Transparently, I was also worried about gaining weight AND had symptoms of seasonal affective disorder, so it seemed perfect. I have anxiety, so it didn’t help that at first, but I powered through and it eventually became manageable. To be honest, it’s been so long since I’ve been on it, I don’t know what it does for me anymore. But I‘m stable, in a very happy 3 year relationship, healthy, and considering lowering my dose or getting off it completely. I’m scared of how this will affect me, and I would love to know any tips on how to stay positive/emotionally stable- and also not gain weight. I JUST got over the effects of getting a new hormonal IUD, which definitely made me feel more emotional than usual, so perhaps this isn’t the best timing LOL. But I work in a very high stress, high pressure sales job, and if getting off of this may help my anxiety then I’m down. I never envisioned myself being on a medication forever, especially not through pregnancy, which I hope to experience in the next 3 years! Sorry this is lengthy, really hoping to get some perspectives and advice 💗
