Why Indian corporate sector is toxic?

I have seen many startups in tire 2 cities have this unprofessional behaviour with employees. All they want is to keep the client happy and if one client is gone they will start saying nonsense things to you. The tone will change and blame you for everything. Why can't they understand that there is simple thing call Respect. Just shouting will not get your client back. Moreover the pay is very low and they want a person to be multi talented. There is no value of skills in indian workplace. When will this change?
