New to pc build

I’m trying to find a PC build that will give me a consistent 244 FPS at 1440p, but I’m not sure what parts I should choose. I’ve been looking on Newegg and I’m hesitating between a few builds, I’m worried that they might not meet my requirements!

I have 2070rtx super right now andd I feel it starts to feel less efficient

I mainly play Monster hunter Wild & high competitive Rocket League!

Thanks
