Switching from pills to needles

Before I had to quit HRT, I was on 2mg Estradiol taken sublingually 3x daily. What would be the injection equivalent to get similar results, and what do I look for wrt injectable estradiol? I used to help my ex with her injections so I have some experience with this. Thank you!
