EST4 Class Questions

My company is sending me for EST4 Training. We are mainly a Electrical/Construction Company, but we have a Fire Alarm Division that i am a part of. I can program the IO Panels, but I've never programmed a 3 or 4. I'm a little worried because I've never written code or anything. I took C++ in College for a little bit, but that was almost 20 years ago and i wasn't very good at it. Is there anything anyone recommends i study to prepare myself for the class? I know MyEddie has stuff i can look thru, but I'm waiting on my credentials so i can log in. My class starts 3/9 so i want to be as prepared as possible walking in. Any insight/advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
