Looking for wagon with great mileage (Used under 5k)

Hey all, looking to get another car soon and want to get a wagon, something a bit more spacious. I have seen Volvo XCs recommended and pre 2010 Volkswagen TDIs, Im hoping to get something that gets over 30mph, 40 would be preferable, if anyone has any recommendations I'd appreciate it, thanks!
