What should grass seed look like after about 2 weeks?

I overseeded part of my lawn and I’m right around the 2-week mark now. Some areas are coming in decent, others still look pretty thin.

For those who’ve done this a lot. What’s normal progress at this stage, and when do you start worrying about patchy spots?
