Store managers question

Full time employe here this week I am scheduled for 23 hrs. Spoke to my manager and he said that it was budget related. What is the policy on full time . I really can’t afford to lose the money and am anxious about losing my benefits. I am going to call neighboring stores and see if they can give me a day .
