NEVER EVER BANK WITH METRO BANK

NEVER BANK WITH THESE CLOWNS EVER. They lost my replacement card. They've left me without access to my accounts for over a month. I'm still abroad with no card and have to turn up at business meetings with no money. NO ONE there knows how to do their jobs. They send business emails forgetting to add attachments. And because I kicked up a fuss they've decide to close all my accounts after charging me £140 a month in fees!! I've never come across such an unprofessional bank in my life. Their customer service, their unprofessionalism and overall service is truly appalling. There are much better banks out there. They're being reported to the FCO and FSA - NEVER bank with Metro. They dont even have an app for their business and commercial banking in 2026! Incredible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
