Sideloading 5 apps

Sorry I’ve been out of the sideloading game for a while since I got my own Apple Dev account but that got revoked so now I’m looking to sideload again using altstore/sideloadly/livecontainer. Is it possible to sideload 5 apps using any of the above methods? If so, can someone point to a good tutorial. I’d like to be able to run 2 of the sideloaded apps at the same time (like Spotify and Reddit for example).
