👋Good morning students

👉Today I want to talk about the famous “six-pack”… yes, abs.

🤔Many people come to me saying they do 100 or 200 ab exercises every single day and still can’t see definition.

And the reason is actually very simple:

🤔Between the skin and the muscle, we have a layer of body fat that prevents that progress from being visible.

👉On top of that, factors like water retention (often linked to stress and cortisol), chronic inflammation, and poor nutrition can make your midsection look less defined.

👀You see? It’s not solved by just doing more ab exercises.

🫡And here’s something important:

In many men, abdominal fat tends to be one of the more stubborn areas when lowering body fat. It’s not always the last place to lean out, but it’s often one of the most resistant.

Now that we understand what’s happening, we can approach it strategically:

✔ Reduce inflammation through better nutrition.

✔ Enter a moderate and sustainable calorie deficit.

✔ Sleep well and manage stress levels.

✔ Train your abs with progressive overload and, in some cases, work close to muscular failure.

✔ Maintain proper hormonal balance through healthy habits (training, recovery, and nutrition).

These are simple principles, but they’re very difficult to sustain over time.

So feel free to tackle them step by step for real, long-term results.

Sincerely,

✅️I’ll leave you with two photos: one from when I’m cutting and aiming for peak definition, and one from when I’m simply maintaining.

That way you can clearly see how body fat levels change appearance even when muscle mass stays the same
