Mods causing a crash?

Hey! So I recently got back into Skyrim and popped open all my usual mods and suddenly I'm having issues with crashing! There are also a handful of broken textures, namely cages (the small rounded ones with skeletons) and certain enchantments or spells

I'm playing on PS5 Anniversary Edition I cannot get the crash to show up reliably, it's sporadic and random and seemingly only in menus?

Please don't judge the amount of snow elf mods, all of them are me trying to get a good female snow elf and it just doesn't seem available so I have no clue which of these I actually have active in terms of what race I am so they just stay active

I also am aware that there is a "proper" way to put things into the load order but I can't figure out where these are supposed to be based on whatever criteria they're supposed to be affecting because I don't know what they actually do most of the time
