Can't figure out how to turn off live captions feature

Okay on my laptop live captions pop up anytime I open or even scroll past a video, and it's super annoying. Weirdly it's NOT the built in feature to my windows laptop, because that's already turned off. It started happening after I downloaded something, but I can't remember what it was 😭 any ideas to figure it out?
