Help me scan my QR codes with a "A" beside it and ship it to australia

Can someone help me scan my TT bey codes. Right now i live in australia and i got my TT beys from Philippines. Now my codes has a "A" letter beside the qr codes and i know it wouldnt work if i download the japanese version of TT beyblade app. Which region of TT app should i download and how can ship it to here in australia
