Struggline with Matt & Ryan (Super Easy) Video - Out of Depth?

I want to learn AI automation in some way from a marketing angle. I'm not technical at all in terms of knowing code apart from basic HTML, which everyone knows.

from the Matt & Ryan channel. I was following it with my own n8n instance. By the last 10 minutes I was getting lost and stressed. I don't know JS and am not going to learn JS.

Aside from the fact that I did not see any practical application from their example, my questions are:
- If i'm struggling with that video am I, as a non-techie out of my depth with n8n?
- Are Matt & Ryan aimed at a more technical audience?
- Are there better alternatives for marketers who want to run simple workflows for B2B marketing purposes?
