Communicating with other players

Hello friends,

Today I was thinking a lot about what’s wrong with me and why it’s so hard to maintain good communication with other players in games. For example in OneState I’m in gang and I want to be there to participate in gang activities after I buy my first riffle. People in the gang are mostly from my own country and I was really happy to meet them but somehow I don’t feel like peacefully playing anymore.

To explain further they ask a lot where I am in the game or what I’m doing and ask from me to join them. They are old players and got almost everything in the game already. At this time when they wanna meet and stand on one place and talk I just want to enjoy my game and do my stuff. After I didn’t join them for multiple times because of this reason their attitude has been changed towards me. They become less friendly and even started shouting at me sarcastic comments.

I really want to have friends in game and talk to them time by time but I also want to just do my stuff without making others mad at me or without losing them. How I can help it?

Also in this period of my life I’m not working and not doing much so I have a lot free time to play and as I found this game only few days ago I spend a lot of time there. They always comment me about always being there and being bus driver and etc. I want to play but at the same time I don’t wanna go online to hide from them that I got a lot of free time lol.

I know it may sound crazy but I really need some advices. I’m having a lot of awkward situations with other players because I’m not always ready for even short conversations when I’m just doing my stuff and they come from nowhere. I can tell that I’m having almost the same problem irl too. anyone has experienced the same? How to help it? Is it communication skill issue or it’s just because of being “overintrovert”?
