Cognitive remediation therapy for managing ADHD challenges

So I have ADHD inattentive type plus schizoaffective disorder. Both the ADHD and SZA contribute to memory problems, task initiation problems etc.

CRT is usually for SZA and SZ but I can see it being used for ADHD.

Do I'm curious if anyone has ever tried it with any success. Thanks in advance.
