High heart rate all throughout pregnancy

During my whole pregnancy they always got concerned with my heart at every appt (I had a new midwife every appt) and they’d send me to triage, or whenever I was in triage for something unrelated they’d do my observations and do ecg heart scans and stuff (never found anything), I had a planned cesarian for other medical reasons- but just before they started the procedure after doing my anaesthetic and spinal block my heart went to the 150’s, and also post partum it was still sitting between 110s and 120s, and would always express some concern and it never went away but I got discharged (was kept in because baby had severe jaundice and he also had suspected heart problems) and they never really said anything about mine again, nothing like go get it checked or anything, should I be concerned ?? Is this normal??
