Codes and offsets

Hi all. Looking at my transcripts I’m a 05 waiting on the 846 code. My question is if anything was going to be withheld as an offset and kept from my return, would it have already appeared? I hope this makes sense.

I have codes

150 - filed

806 - w2 withholding

766 - credit to account

768 - eic
