Help! I need to film a full length self-tape! Filming now

Do I film it vertically?

If I film horizontally best I can do is head to knee, I don't know if that's full-lenght enough and also the camera feels so far away and I'm supposed to be filming an emotional response. I suppose if I zoom out I can get more of my legs in the shot?

Or I can film vertically which is much easier, but does that look amateurish to a casting director?

I've never had to film a tape in full lenght before, usually they just want a slate in full length which I do vertically.

I'm literally filming this audition now and I don't know what to do!
