Is the 36 skin tone pack necessary if I already have the 320 Honolulu series?

I was wondering if it was actually necessary for realistic drawings or whatever, if it makes a difference having them or not. Because I was also looking to buy the acrylic markers, so it's either the acrylics or the skin tone series.
