DM issues

Hi,

I've got a problem with my DMs, or specifically one DM. I can open all DMs properly and stuff but there's that one conversation with that one person that just won't open ? When I click on it or on its notifs it just freezes for a short moment and, then, it just doesn't load or it goes back to Insta's main page. The conversation works on my laptop tho. May someone help ?
