oh look, NOT another self improvement app

I'm a 30M software engineer with ADHD who like many of you, has a history of having great plans, but poor execution. Even when I truly wanted to accomplish a goal, I end up overplanning, get sidetracked, and ultimately let myself down.

I didn't really realize that much of this was related to my ADHD until i got older. I always figured i just lacked discipline.

Recently I created an app that has actually helped me improve my productivity a lot.

it's called Twice-A-Day and it's very simple.

A check-in in the morning to commit to your plans for the day

A check-in at night to honestly reflect on what was done.

I've done this ritual before in the notes app and even hand written in notebooks before and it definitely helps, but i eventually fall off. This app makes it stick more. It give you an accountability score, which is like a credit score for self trust. It also uses a-i to recognizes your patterns and surfacing insights about you that may not have noticed.

It's quite basic, but it has already benefited me and if you want to try it out drop your email below.

not allowed to post links but the website is trytwiceaday
