Wobble in snow/icy conditions?

Hello.

I live in truckee/reno and with the recent storms my ‘23 Trek has developed a heavy wobble. It’s less noticeable at slower speeds, but it’s significant at anything 50mph+.

Can the tires/rims/wheel well/suspension area(s) all be impacted to such a degree by the ice and slush?

Any knowledge is appreciated as I’m at a loss and nervous to drive my vehicle.
