Lily Love Braids shouldn't have even been in chapter 5

I think in my personal opinion that Lily should have been cut entirely from chapter 5 and her entire part of the game should have been given to the prototype. but no spoilers but her section of the game was boring and a slob, it just feels like a desperate attempt to drag out chapter 5 so they can make another $20 chapter. I feel like this late into the story no new main villains should have been introduced and it should have just been the prototype and us trying to obviously end them.
