Positive swab

For background: I had a god awful uti- tested positive for it on 1/29

I got a swab at my gyno last week because my UTI symptoms have continued after antibiotics and I’ve been retested for the UTI and it was negative. So the swab came back with BV and ureaplasma. They put me on metrogel for 5 days and azithromycin for 4 days. My symptoms are- urge/frequent urination- basically constant feeling of needing to urinate, slight feeling of being ‘hot’ down there or burning labias, pelvic pressure, clitoris pressure off and on.

My question is anyone else has had BV/Ureaplasma simultaneously and felt any of these symptoms and the medicines have helped you?

I was looking into interstitial cystitis before the swab because I was so nervous and in so much discomfort
