External Hemm

Okay so for context I’ve had this for about 2 weeks now. I do not have insurance so that’s why I have not gone to the doctor and don’t plan to unless this is super serious.

So I have what seems like an external hemorrhoid

It isn’t protruding from inside my anus it’s just sitting in the outside. It seems to get super bothersome when I drink(which I have stopped) and I also have started to change my diet eating more fiber and exercising more as well. I’m just unsure what to do I go to bed every night with a cotton ball with witch hazel on it left there and I usually wake up with some sort of puss looking residue left of the cotton ball when I wake up. The hemorrhoid doesn’t bother me as much now but can I do anything is anything wrong to the point where I NEED to pay for a doctors visit. I just do not want to go and them tell me that you’re fine here’s some topical cream and pay out the ass.
