Upgrading gear, Sigma 50 Art to RF 50 1.4, or 24-105 F4.1-7 to F4L

So i just got some extra money during Chinese New Year, and I'm looking to upgrade one of my gears.

Currently I have:

R6m2

RF 70-200 2.8

RF 14-35

EF Sigma 50 Art

RF 24-105 F4.1-7

I mainly shoot city, landscapes. And may get into portraits..... I'm just a hobbyist right now, and might be moving to doing some side gigs.

The problem with the current 24-105 is that the F7 is a bit too dark, and the image quality is just.... compared to my 14-35 and 70-200, a bit lacking.

The Sigma's quality is pretty good, and from what i heard it's basically equal in IQ to the RF, but it's just so heavy, especially with the adapter, like basically the same weight as the 70-200.

Right now, I'm looking to upgrade only one currently. Looking for some advice, please.
