tuxedo-tomte-light github repo + Python version

Hi tuxedocomputers team, Could you please share tuxedo-tomte-light code on github? I'm especially interested in python3.12 hard dependency. Would it be possible to allow 3.13 or 3.14 also? What's so special about 3.12? Maybe you'll be able to simply put python3?
