Realistically how much USD for a week trip to Tokyo ?

I leave in 2 weeks for Tokyo, I’ll be staying in Shinjuku. I was curious how much USD would be enough for my stay there? It’s going to be me a friend of mine and his girlfriend. We are really into anime, Pokémon/one piece cards,video games & thrifting. We also plan to go out at night maybe once or twice to get a feel of the nightlife but honestly don’t plan to get too drunk. Just curious how much USD would be enough to give us the best experience for our interests?
