looking for a commander to lead a bunch of value artifacts

hello, r/edh

i'm looking for some commander, URx or most likely WUR, because i want to build some very low curved artifact deck in the style of vintage cube

The main desire is I want a deck to play [[Storm the Vault]] to flip into a [[tolarian academy]], stuff like [[Retrofitter Foundry]], [[Currency Converter]], [[Staff of the Storyteller]], [[Skullclamp]], of course [[Mox Opal]], maybe some cheerios/eggs and similar artifacts engines. of course, with some combos, either classic combos or cheesy ones dependent on the commander. or it might artifact stax. bracket 3-5.
