It’s so annoying how Reddit censors injury posts

If I tried to make a post about my chronic injury here or any other running subreddit like beginner running, c25k, or anywhere else, it gets deleted within 30 minutes by moderators. And it such because I been to the doctor like 50 times now, and they are useless
