Mental health and odsp is anyone on it?

I’ve struggled for years keeping a job/ trying to make things work with what I thought was depression. I recently got diagnosed with bi polar/andiety/bpd/ complex ptsd/ complex mood disorder. I struggle daily with even sometimes showering I can’t function normally most days. I been considering applying but I’m not sure if this would qualify me?
