Gender Clinic for Top Surgery

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone here got their top surgery done in the Netherlands, especially at the Medisch Centrum Jan Van Goyen. My brother is looking for a clinic to be waitlisted at for a mastectomy. He is trying to gather as much information as possible.
