Many Names of God x Divisionary

I had this though while watching the new music video: is this song a kind of “part two” to the world built by Divisionary off self titled? The whole surveillance and “technology is God” theme seems consistent. And of course the boys love to drag song theme across albums (disarray and psalm of sedition).
