Pharmica rejected with previous prescription proof because bmi is under 30?

First time I’ve experienced this, is this policy elsewhere even with previous proof you need your BMI to still be over 30? Just a pain as it’s 5-10 days to get funds back in account so going to have to bite bullet and pay out again to another provider, I’ve been swapping regularly for first time discounts so does anyone else know where has this rule before I proceed?
