Really stuck but Figuring out life as an ADHD 29yo women

General Question/Discussion

I am a highly artistic person- not a suprise yeah!? I always excelled academically, but realised art won't help me monetarily so I did an MBA ( prestigious university et all) and joined corporate...Worked beyond burnout for 4 years. Then quit in MAY'25. I did Vipassana which balanced me out mentally to a huge extent. But I'm still unemployed and that has left me stuck. Living with my parents rn( which isn't very healthy, because they trigger me a lot) and there's a lot of pressure in terms of breakup, marriage, future, bad economy etc. I suffered from social anxiety throughout my childhood but that turned opposite in my adult life...I genuinely have>5 good friends around me...but something in me has broken...that I have started isolating myself...can't bring myself to talk to my friends as I feel ashamed and misunderstood.

Maybe I have tied my worth to a job or the fact that I'm not doing something productive at all.My ADHD is amplifying it even more. And nothing seems to help. I'm bending inwards and suffocating myself. I'm sure I don't have depression. But I'm totally clueless as what to do now for a purposful life. I have tried to build up routine at home with yoga, cooking, walking etc but can't maintain consistency after 3 days.

Currently I'm tired of applying for jobs since that's all I have been doing last 5 months. I also included few trips and travel here and there but that just seems like distraction now, i really want to get back into my corporate routine.

I'm not trying to vent out. I'm genuinely seeking a solution. So any tips would be much appreciated.
