What would happen if Skinny Pete or Badger snitched on Jesse and told the police he was cooking Meth with Walt?

This could be anytime during the show but Skinny Pete and Badger could easily realize that Jesse was cooking Meth with Walt and tell the police because he wasn't sharing his drugs with them and caused both to be arrested or questioned by the police.

This would interrupt the drug process and get people into big trouble especially if Walt or Jesse told the police about Gus or Jesse admitted that Walt was Heisenberg, some information you don't want revealed in public.
