Multiple issues with no clear diagnoses

Hi everyone - thanks in advance for reading this and providing any advice. I’ll try to be thorough, but that will make it long.

I’m a 29 year old male, 190 lbs, 6’3 and track all my food, workout 4-6 times per week for about 2 hours, and get all my daily veggies and fruits. I have two young kids and work a desk job.

For about 5 years now I’ve been struggling with myriad health issues. I’ve been to many, many doctors and nobody can seem to help me identify what the root problem is.

Most prevalent of my symptoms are: constant runny/stuffy nose, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes on my throat, fatigue, trouble sleeping, and just constantly feeling like I have a mild to severe cold.

What I’ve already tried: full ENT and allergist route. ENT has ruled there’s nothing wrong (sinuses, deviated septum, etc) they said I have chronic rhinitis, and the allergist has me on immunotherapy to eliminate some seasonal allergies. The ENT put me on ipatropium bromide nasal spray and the allergist on Allegra. Neither have provided any help in the symptoms.

My PCP had me take a sleep study because my constant wake ups/trouble sleeping and fatigue. Sleep study came back normal and nothing to report or modify.

In October I pushed my PCP for an extended blood panel and they did. Thyroid and white blood cells were all normal but what they did find is I had active Epstein Barr virus. I can’t imagine that’s the issue in itself as this has been going on for years but I’m sure it’s not helping. PCP told me there is nothing we can do about that and I needed to just wait it out. It also showed up I have low testosterone (250 total testosterone and 49.5 free test) so I’m currently seeing a urologist to treat that.

I really just want to find out what the root cause of all this is as it’s really affecting my mental and physical health with my family. I feel sick all the time, I can’t sleep well, and I don’t want another prescription to fix it (at least without knowing what IT really is). I’m hoping for any thoughts or insights or any ideas of where to go next. My PCP doesn’t seem to want to deal with me any more and I’m not sure what doctor can help me since ENT is through with me as well.
