Verschlüsseltes Backup + Cloud in iOS, Windows, Raspberry Pi OS

I would like to store my data in encrypted form in HiDrive and also on a hard drive. Until now, I have been using Boxcryptor to do this, which allowed me to access the cloud or hard drive from my iPhone and PC. Since the software is no longer being developed, I wanted to switch to Cryptomator, but unfortunately, I miss the function of synchronizing only certain data locally on the PC, because the folder structure is destroyed during encryption and it is no longer possible to select individual folders. In my opinion, the data should only be stored in encrypted form everywhere.

Finally, the files should now also be accessible on a Raspberry via VPN or locally, which is supposed to synchronize the entire HiDrive.

Is there a suitable encryption for this use case, or does anyone see a general problem with the setup?
