Things to check for on low mileage Gen 2?

So im looking a t two different gen 2 klrs out here, one is a 2011 with 16k miles, some mods (lowering link, seat concepts seat, new handlebar etc.) For 2500 or a 2015 bone stock with 2300 miles. A decade old bike averaging 200 miles a year seems like a bit of a tossup and im not sure what specifically to look for to see if its been maintained well and not just sat there? It's also 3500...

So any advice, things to look out for?
