Which order?

Hi!! I had a drs appointment today, my second opinion one as the first dismissed me. After suffering for about 2 years and finally reaching a point where supplements can no longer help me I’m finally about to start HRT!!!

She’s prescribed estrogen patches (twice a week) for 2 weeks, and progesterone tablets for the other 2 weeks. I’m due to start my period in 8 days. Do I wait for that and then put my first patch on? Or do I start taking the progesterone as soon as I collect it tonight?

Edited to add: Sorry, the E patch continually and then the P orally for the luteal weeks :) It’s more clear now I’ve collected it. Thanks ladies 🩷
