If customers ask ChatGPT “What should I buy?” Does your brand show up?

I've been running experiments on how often D2C brands appear in AI generated recommendations.

Customers type prompts like these in ChatGPT:

• Best protein brands in India
• Alternatives to Minimalist SPF 50 Sunscreen
• Which skincare brand should I buy?
• Best Moisturizer for sensitive skin

Some brands show up again and again. Others don’t show up at all.

Most founders have no idea where they stand.

I'm building a simple tool to measure this - basically checking how often your brand appears in AI product recommendations and how that compares to your competitors.

Not selling anything rn. Just validating whether this is a real growth channel or just hype.
