L13 Yoga Gen 3 Black screen - Emergency button needed

Hello everyone,

Wondering if anyone has had experience with this when using Lenovo laptops.

I have a set of users, that will experience their screen black out randomly. No crash logs, or traces in the event log of the error. When trying to boot the computer back up, the lights on the lid turn back on, but the screen remains black until the emergency pin hole is pressed on the back. Afterwards the device will start and act normally until it occurs again. Usually this will occur several times per day, to maybe once per week.

I've tried running and updating all device drivers, run diagnostics from Lenovo (100% passing), without luck.

Anyone have an idea what could be causing this, or a remedy?
