Low fat hot pot base?

Hi there!

We love hotpot in this house. We have a great Chinese market here in salt lake.

I managed to grab some plain and spicy little sheep but they’re very fatty, even in small amounts gor when I use half.

I’m going to bring my phone and use translate at the market so see if I can figure out the other various brand and variety’s they have.

Does anyone know of a low fat hot pot base that I can buy or even make on my own?
