EX30 update 1.8 disappeared after service reset – what should I do?

Hi everyone,

I took my EX30 to the dealership to reset the service interval (it was showing 6 months instead of 2 years and kept giving the warning).

While they had the car connected to their diagnostic machine, it was downloading update 1.8. After they finished resetting the service counter, the update had completely disappeared.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there any way to trigger the update again, or will I need to take the car back to the workshop to have it installed manually?
