Android, Not receiving password reset email

I'm getting notifications that my other account has been locked and I need to reset my password. Every time I go to reset it, I'm told that an email has been sent, but I never get any email.

My email is correct in my account settings. My spam folder is empty. I'm not sure what the problem is.
